We are currently looking for a Custody and Probation HAWk worker to be based in a Prison Establishment and Probation Delivery Unit (PDU). To support The Probation Services objective in reducing reoffending by preventing and ending homelessness.

  • Work as part of a larger team based across 10 prisons and multiple probation offices
  • Monitor and manage case load through the case monitoring systems
  • Respond to new referrals in accordance with contractual timeframes
  • Contribute to effective partnership working with Prisons, Probation, Local Authorities and others to enable suitable support plans and/or personal housing plans to be produced.

Note, we have both full time and part time positions available in multiple locations. You can indicate your preference when completing your application.
